Artist Point?  Never been? Grab your overnight bag and your sense of adventure and come join Tacoma HOG on this amazing ride!

The weekend will consist of two separate rides, one Saturday, and one Sunday.

Saturday July 27th rally at 7:30am at Tahoma Mart in Fife.  We’ll sign in and do a riders meeting with Kick Stands Up around 8:15am.  We’ll cross the Narrows Bridge, Hood Canal Bridge, and Deception Pass Bridge on our way Ferndale’s Silver Reef Resort.  The ferry ride will take us from Port Townsend to Coupeville, and a lunch stop is planned in Oak Harbor at Applebee's.  Be sure to pre-pay or make a reservation for the 11am ferry sailing.  Kick Stands Down for the day!

Sunday July 28th rally at 8:00am at the Lummi Bay Market-76 Station for sign in and rider briefing.  Kick Stands Up around 8:30am.


We’ll ride up Mount Baker Highway to Artist Point, then head to Concrete to snap a few pictures for the 5 Points Challenge, then head to Snohomish for lunch at the Oxford Saloon.  Kick Stands Down!

*The ride up Mount Baker Highway to Artist Point is a very advanced ride with uneven roads with sharp turns and switchbacks etc.  It is not recommended for beginning riders.  Additionally, the Lead Road Caption or Head Road Captain reserves the right to position riders in formation to ensure the safety of the group.  Our goal is for everyone to have a safe and fun ride! *

**The ride up to Artist Point will be cancelled if there is inclement weather.  The Road Captain will have an alternate route*

Closed Event: Chapter activities are conducted primarily for the benefit of H.O.G. Chapter members. Closed Events are those events open to Chapter members and one guest per member.  All guests must sign an event release. Be aware, all rides and events are subject to change or cancellation due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Impairment Policy: The consumption and use of alcohol is a serious personal responsibility involving the safety of family, riding friends and the individual HOG member. Alcohol consumption before or during a motorcycling activity is not safe, responsible behavior. Tacoma Washington Chapter #5380 does not allow the use of alcohol or drugs before or during a riding event* and does not furnish alcohol at Chapter rides. Riders whose skills are observed or suspected to be impaired by alcohol or drugs before riding cannot join the ride. Riders using alcohol or drugs while riding will be asked to leave the ride. It is the responsibility of each Template Chapter member to support the consistent enforcement of this policy

Photography Policy: Photographing, filming, recording and videotaping of activities and events will be occurring Tacoma Washington Chapter events. By entering the H.O.G.® event area, you irrevocably grant permission to the Harley-Davidson Motor Company® and its agents to photograph, film, record and/or videotape you and use (and authorize the use of) your name, image, likeness, voice, and/or biographical or other information in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed in perpetuity for any and all purposes.
