Tacoma HOG Chapter Mileage Program

Chapter Mileage Program Rules:

  • All mileage will begin January 1st of each year and end December 31st.

  • Passengers are also eligible for awards as long as their mileage is being tracked in Ride365.

  • Mileage will be tracked using Ride365 and be submitted using Ride365 rules.

  • Must make 5 official Club rides.
    • In order for club ride to count member must participate in at least 1/2 of the ride. This will be monitored by the RC leading the ride along with the Activities Officer who will make a note on the sign in sheet so the HRC will know at the end of the year.

 

Awards:

  • Awards will be given to any member that reaches the following threshold at the end of the year along with meeting the above requirements.
    5,000 mile award (over 5,000 miles but less than 10,000 miles)
    10,000 mile award ( over 10,000 miles but less than 15,000 miles)
    15,000 mile award (15,000 miles but less than 20,000 miles)
    20,000 mile award (20,000 miles but less than 25,000 miles) and so on as needed.

  • Awards will be handed out the first quarter of the following year.

Closed Event: Chapter activities are conducted primarily for the benefit of H.O.G. Chapter members. Closed Events are those events open to Chapter members and one guest per member.

Photography Policy: Photographing, filming, recording and videotaping of activities and events will be occurring Tacoma Washington Chapter events. By entering the H.O.G.® event area, you irrevocably grant permission to the Harley-Davidson Motor Company® and its agents to photograph, film, record and/or videotape you and use (and authorize the use of) your name, image, likeness, voice, and/or biographical or other information in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed in perpetuity for any and all purposes.
